It
is stated that similar matter is already being dealt with by this
Court in another case preferred by the Refrigerated Truck Owners
Welfare Association. Therein certain directions are issued against
which the said association has moved before the Supreme Court in
Civil Appeal No.4489 of 2009. The case is likely to be listed in 3rd
week of March 2011. For the reason aforesaid, we adjourn the case.
Parties may mention the case after disposal of Civil Appeal No.4489
of 2009 pending before the Supreme Court.
