It has been argued by Mr. Manu Mishra holding brief of Mr. A. M.
Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, that there is a possibility of
reconciliation between the parties and therefore, the matter be referred to the
Mediation Center.

If there is such a possibility the applicants may bring the other side in the
court so as to conclude the matter.

As prayed by learned counsel for the applicants put up on 10.2.2010 as a fresh
case.
