Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati) about the present stage of trial in

Raushanganj P.S. case no.40 of 2008 and also a report as to why the

trial has not been concluded till date even though the petitioner is in

custody since 30.7.2008 as also the likely time to be consumed in its

conclusion.

The report must reach this court within three weeks.
