The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that
the interest of justice would be served if necessary direction
be issued to the, opposite party no. 3 to consider and decide
the representations of the petitioners within a stipulated time
fixed by this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer of
learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, with the consent of parties’ counsel
and without entering into the merits of the case, the writ
petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the
opposite party no. 3 to consider and decide the
representation of the petitioner No.1 dated 12.12.2008,
representation of petitioner No.2 dated 19.11.2008 and the
undated representations of Mr.Babu Ram and Mr. Vijay
Kumar, contained collectively in Annexure-9 to the writ
petition, by speaking and reasoned order, in accordance
with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of
production of a certified copy of this order and communicate
the result of the same to the petitioners.
