Learned A.G.A. informs that the trial against the accused is on progress.
Learned counsel for the applicant informs that the accused is in jail since
08.08.2008.

Learned counsel for the applicant instead of pressing the bail application on
merits requests that the trial court be directed to conclude the Sessions trial
pending against the accused within a given time schedule.
In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the bail
application is disposed of finally with the direction to the officer of the court
concerned to conclude the Sessions Trial within a period of four months from
the date a certified copy of this order produced before him.
