11. 08.07.2010. Learned Advocate Mr. S.N. Pathak appears
for the Respondent No. 2-National Council for Teachers
Education. He has filed counter affidavit in CWJC No.
13927 of 2009. Mr. Pathak assures the Court that copies
of the affidavit will be served upon the learned
Advocates appearing for the writ petitioners in all the
above Writ Petitions and other Advocates appearing for
the other parties.
At the request of the learned Advocates
appearing for the writ petitioners, let the matter be listed
