2. 12.10.2011. Heard learned counsels for the

petitioner and the State.

The petitioner being the husband is

apprehending his arrest in a case registered

under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal

Code and Section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition

Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel

for the petitioner that marriage was

performed in the year 2008 but divorce case

was filed on 14.06.2011 when complaint was

also filed on 14.06.2011 itself and

thereafter the present case was lodged on

04.07.2011 and in divorce case

reconciliation proceeding is going on.

Let the petitioner add the informant

as opposite party no.2.

Issue notice to opposite party no.2

under ordinary process as well as under

registered cover with A/D requisites for

which must be filed within a period of three

weeks.

Let petitioner and opposite party

no.2 appears before this Court at 2.10 P. M.

on 11.01.2012 in chambers.

Let no coercive steps be taken

against the petitioner, in the meanwhile, in

connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 195

of 2011 pending in the court of the learned

C.J.M., Patna.

Let the order be faxed to the

learned court below at the cost of the

petitioner.
