Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. and
perused the record.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the under
Section 325/34 has not been transcribed and year of the
Session Trial Number has wrongly been transcribed 2005 in
place of 2004.

Section 325/34 and year of the Session Trail is incorporated
as 2004 in place of 2005 in the order dated 17.12.2009.
Accordingly, this correction application is disposed off.
