The respondent has entered caveat. The petitioner has handed over a Bankers Cheque for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- bearing No.720846 drawn at State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, Durgapura, Jaipur dated 01.07.2009 which has been accepted by the respondents without prejudice to their rights.

The respondents may submit their reply to the petition.

In the meanwhile, the auction which is scheduled to be held on 17.08.2009 stands adjourned to 14.09.2009.
