Necessary correction is made in the order dated 11.12.2009 in red ink.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for
the State, it is ordered that S.S.P., Farrukhabad will ensure the compliance of
the order dated 09.09.2009 and present petitioner No. 2 Diksha Chauhan and
petitioner No. 3 Deepak Chauhan on 10th February, 2010 before the Chief
Judicial Magistrate Etah, who shall hand over the custody of petitioner No. 2
Diksha Chauhan and petitioner No. 3 Deepak Chauhan to the custody of
petitioner No. 1 Vijay Pratap Singh Chauhan.
The Compliance report may be submitted to this Court within ten days
thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
A copy of this order may be given to learned A.G.A. free of cost within 48
hours.
