Addl. P.P. for the State.

Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Runnisaidpur

P.S. case no.308/2009 registered under sections 420, 467. 468,471of

the IPC and 47A of the Excise Act.

Taking into consideration the recovery made from the house

of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the

petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands

rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after

three months from today.
