3 9.7.2008 A report dated 19.5.2008 has been received by the FTC 2,

Darbhanga as per which it appears out of 8 named charge sheet

witnesses five have been examined and informant and IO are yet to

be examined.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is again refused with

direction to the court in seisin of the case to conclude the trial

preferably within a further period of four months from today as the

petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2005 in a case registered for

offence under section 302 and other allied sections of the penal code.
