The submission of learned counsel for

the petitioners is that co-accused Ajay Sao @

Ajay Kumar having identical allegation to that

of the petitioners, has been allowed bail vide

Cr.Misc.No. 15868 of 2011.

Taking that into consideration, the

above named petitioners are directed to be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties

of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati,

Gaya in Dumaria P.S. Case No. 05 of 2011.
