By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing criminal
proceedings of case no. 2482 of 2010 ( Case Crime No. 135 of 2010) State
Vs. Vijay Shanker Mishra pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. Lucknow under
Sections 498-A, 323,504,506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P.Act, Police Station Cantt.
Lucknow.

Issue notice to opposite party no.2, inviting him to file objection, if any,
within fifteen days from the date of service of notice upon him.

State may file counter affidavit, in the meantime.
