J U D G M E N T
I heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned
Government Pleader and also learned standing counsel for
respondents 1 and 2. Learned standing counsel submits that if
the petitioner pays Rs.6,511/- by 30.4.2009, the account will
be closed. I record this submission and grant time till
30.4.2009 to the petitioner to pay off Rs.6,511/-. Upon
payment of the said amount, the transaction will stand closed.
If the petitioner does not pay the amount as aforesaid,
respondents are free to proceed against the petitioner, in
accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
