                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following

prayers:

“i) to direct the Family Court, Ernakulam to dispose

of O.P. Nos. 741 of 2008, 921 of 2008 and 1225 of 2009

pending before the Court expeditiously;

ii) to declare that the delay in disposing of O.P.Nos.

741 of 2008, 921 of 2008 and 1225 of 2009 pending

before the Family Court, Ernakulam is unjustified.”

2. We heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. We dispose of the Original Petition directing the Family

Court, Ernakulam to dispose of O.P.Nos. 741 of 2008, 921 of 2008 and

1225 of 2009 as early as possible.
