Heard
learned APP Mr.A.J.Desai for the respondents.

The
present petition is filed for seeking parole leave by the present
convict prisoner for getting sufficient medical treatment. It is
stated that sufficient medical treatment is being given to the
convict prisoner in Jail as well as in SSG Hospital, Vadodara.
However, the present petitioner is not cooperating as he has to
undergo an operation. As per the medical report, the convict prisoner
is suffering from the following ailment:

?SPatient
is taking treatment from jail dispensary as well as S.S.G.hospital
Vadodara. Patient is taking expert treatment from
Surgical/Urological/Opthalmology units of S.S.G. hospital. Patent
required surgical correction of undescended testis but patient refuse
for surgical treatment at S.S.G.Hospital.

Again
patient was referred to S.S.G.Hospital Vadodara on 28/03/2008 for c/o
left testicular pain patient seen by Department of surgery and
referred to urology for treatment.

Urologist
advised following investigation S. FSH, S. LH, S. testosterone for
treatment of undescended testis.

For
eye problem he was referred to S.S.G. Hospital on 07/05/2008 and
10/5/2008 he was diagnosed as allergic conjunctivitis and advised
olopat eye drops, Nebracive eye ointment and advised follow up after
one month.??

In
view of the above, this petition stands disposed of. However, the
petitioner is at liberty to request the jail authority to have the
medical case papers if he requires the same.
