Sri Manish Goyal has pressed the impleadment application filed by
him. Office may give a regular number to impleadment
application,

As prayed by Sri Manish Goyal put up as a fresh case on 8th of
April 2010 by which date he may obtain instructions whether he is
representing the plaintiff opposite party.

Sri Manish Goyal states that the next date fixed in the execution
proceedings is 14th of April 2010 however, he assures the court
that till 8th of April 2010 he shall not disposes the appellant.

It is made clear that this case may not be treated as tied up or part
heard to this bench.
