                              JUDGMENT

Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to

consider Exhibit P2 request of the petitioner and revise the

petitioner’s timings in respect of the Stage Carriage bearing

registration No. KL-8/Y 1807.

Taking into account case of the petitioner regarding

pendency of Exhibit P2, I direct the respondent to consider and

pass orders on Exhibit P2. Orders shall be passed as

expeditiously as possible at any rate within eights weeks of

production of copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
