ORDER

1. The
endorsement on the Board indicates that notices issued to respondents
Nos. 1 and 2 have remained unserved, as respondent No.1-Housing
Corporation has not been impleaded through any responsible person /
officer bearer and the address of respondent No.2 is incomplete.
Further, notices issued to respondents Nos. 3 and 5 have not been
received back, either served or unserved and notice issued to
respondent No.4 has remained unserved, as the said respondent is
stated to be not residing at the given address.

2. The
learned Counsel for the petitioners shall amend the cause title of
the petition by incorporating / impleading respondent No.1- Housing
Corporation through a responsible person/ office bearer, so that
notice can be issued and served on the said respondent. The learned
Counsel for the petitioners shall also supply the fresh and complete
addresses of respondents Nos. 2 and 4 to the Registry. The Registry
to await service of notice upon respondents Nos. 3 and 5. The needful
be done by the learned Counsel for the petitioners on, or before,
20th April, 2010.

Thereafter, fresh NOTICES
be issued to the unserved respondents Nos. 1, 2 and 4, making them
returnable on 13th
May, 2010.
