Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondents no.3
to 6 and Sri A.K.Pandey, holding brief of Sri J.P. Singh, has accepted notice
on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2.
One month’s time is allowed to the respondents to file counter affidavit. Three
weeks’ time is allowed thereafter to the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
Until further orders of this Court, the effect and operation of order dated
25.05.2010 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.30590 of
2010, shall remain stayed.
