Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has
invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with the prayer to direct the trial
court to decide Complaint case no. 2287 and 2299 of 2009, under Sections
138 and 141 N.I. Act, Police Station Indirapuram, district Ghaziabad
expeditiously.

Looking to the facts of the case and also the fact that the trial is lingering on
since long, it is hereby directed that the trial court will make an endeavour to
decide the aforesaid trial as expeditiously as possible without unnecessary
adjournments and if possible within six months from the date of receipt of the
certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction this application is finally disposed off.
