Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned
standing counsel and after giving second opportunity to the
District Magistrate, Farrukhabad the Licensing Authority who
earlier appeared before this Court, we, by way of interim measure
provide that petitioner shall be allowed to run the exhibition of the
feature film and shall pay all the taxes and ensure all the securities
for which owner shall be personally responsible till further orders
of this Court.
The aforesaid order is being passed in view of the fact that the
material on the basis of which the renewal has been refused were
taken into account at the time of grant of initial license.
List for hearing in due course.
