Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
This application has been filed with a prayer to expedite the proceedings of
the S.T. No. 579 of 2010, arising out case crime no. 112 of 2009, under
Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 506 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Act, P.S.
Audyogik Kshetra, District-Allahabad.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that
proceedings of the above mentioned case shall be expedited without granting
unnecessary adjournments from the side. Provided proceeding has not been
stayed by the other Courts.

With the above direction, this application is finally disposed of.
