Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.

The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has
invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with the prayer that his bail
application in case crime no. 346/2009, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307,
332, 353, 336, 504, 341 I.P.C. and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S.
Cholapur, district Varanasi be ordered to be considered expeditiously without
unnecessary delay by the court below.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA this
application is disposed off with a direction that if the applicant surrenders
within three weeks from today his bail application shall be decided
expeditiously, if possible on the same day after giving opportunity to the
prosecution in the aforesaid crime number for the aforesaid offences.
With the aforesaid direction this application is finally disposed off.
