                                ORDER

Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that

the Balaramapuram Police are at his heels on an allegation of

commission of non-bailable offences.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,

submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the above and

that the petitioner is not required in connection with the above

crime. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment

entertained by the petitioner is unfounded.

Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor,

this petition is closed.
