The
corpus is before us by respondent No.2. Respondent No.4 is also
before us.
We
have talked to the corpus as well as the petitioner and respondent
No.4. It transpires that respondent No.3 – the corpus is
certified to be aged between 19 and 20 years as per Annexure A. She
states that she does not want to go and stay with the petitioner, but
wants to stay with her parents. She also stated that there is no
element of detention or confinement by the parents and she freely
goes for work. She stated that she has been engaged to one Asharam,
which is confirmed by her father and it is proposed to get her
married to Asharam.
In
light of the fact that respondent No.3 corpus is not willing to go
and stay with the petitioner, the petition cannot be entertained and
stands dismissed. Notice discharged.
