There appears to be a private dispute between the petitioners and the private
respondents.

The petitioners are at liberty to seek their remedy in the appropriate forum,
may be by filing a regular suit or by launching criminal proceedings, if any
case is made out.

If the grievance of the petitioners is that the order passed by the Sub
Divisional Magistrate is not being implemented, it is for them to seek their
remedy before the Sub Divisional Magistrate or in the appropriate forum, as
may be provided under law.

The writ petition is not the appropriate remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
