List has been revised. None is present on behalf of the petitioner. The
present petition arises out of the mutation proceedings under Section 34 of
the U.P. Land Revenue Act.

The petitioner claims himself brother of the deceased, Amala Singh while
the contesting respondents are the son in law and daughters of the
deceased. Naturally, they are nearer in degree to the deceased than the
petitioner. The petitioner claims his right on the basis of the Will. He is
required to prove the said Will in a duly constituted proceeding.

The petition is dismissed summarily.
