It is contended by learned counsel for the appellant that in the present case the
appellant has been acquitted for the offence punishable under section 25 (1A)
of the Arms Act. The appellant was on bail during the pendency of the trial,
he has not misused the liberty of bail.
Let the appellant Vishal Mohan Saraswat convicted in S.T. No. 823 of 2009
under Section 25(!A) Arms Act P.S. Medical District Meerut be released on
bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like
amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
The realization of fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.
