When
this matter was listed for admission hearing before this Court on
03rd August 2010, this Court passed the following order :

The
ld.Counsel for the petitioner is not present. Hence, in the interest
of justice, as a last chance, S.O. to 05th August 2010.

Thus,
on the earlier date of hearing, the matter was adjourned to today
only in the interest of justice as a last chance. However, today
also even in the second round when the matter was called out,
learned counsel for the petitioner was not present.

In
view of aforesaid, present petition stands dismissed for default.
