It
is indeed unfortunate that the matter of 2000 is pending for
admission hearing. However, today copy of the petition is ordered to
be given to learned AGP Ms. Thakkar, who shall take instructions in
the matter of claiming parity with the workmen who are covered under
the Division Bench judgment in Special Civil Application No. 3607 of
1982, which came to be confirmed by judgment in Letters Patent Appeal
No. 353 of 1997.

This
matter may come up for hearing on 4/2/2011.
