The petitioner as well as the respondents were heard at length and
final orders were passed on 27.10.2009. Now an application for
review of the said order has been filed by a counsel who was not a
counsel on the date when the order was passed for review of the
said order.

In my opinion the application for review is not maintainable.

It is hereby dismissed.

No order is passed as to costs.
