present application is filed by the applicant claimant with a prayer
to recall the order passed by this on 4/12/2007. This Court has
dismissed appeal as office objection is not removed in time.

Therefore,
considering submissions made by learned advocate and considering the
averment made in this application. The order passed by this Court
on 4/12/2007 is recalled and FAST no. 2783/2007 is restored to
original file.

Time
is extended to remove office objection if any, on or before
1/9/2008. Accordingly, present application is disposed of.
