3. 27.09.2011 The prosecution case is that when the

petitioner was arrested in a case instituted for the offence

under N.D.P.S. Act and a Mobile Phone was found to be

used by him which stood in the name of the Informant of the

present case and when he was informed, he instituted the

present case that it is on fake papers that petitioner had got

the Mobile Phone issued in name of the Informant.

Call for legible carbon copy of the case diary of

Birpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2010 from the court of Sub

Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur (Supaul), so as to

reach this Court within three weeks and put up after receipt

of the same.
