Mr.B. M. Rathod, Police Sub-Inspector, Sola Police Station is present
and he is submitting a written report through learned APP
Mr.L.B.Dahi. We are not, at all, satisfied with the report submitted
by Police Sub-Inspector for investigation and inquiry. Mr.B.M.Rathod,
Police Sub-Inspector, Sola Police Station states that he has been
given this investigation recently and assures this Court to intensify
the search of respondent No.8, the daughter of the applicant and
shall make the proper report on the next date. S.O to 26th
August, 2008.
