The
petitioner has sought temporary bail for 30 days for helping his
family on the basis that his younger brothers are studying in the
primary school. He has earlier been granted temporary bail for 15
days to attend the marriage of his brother in May 2011. Therefore,
it appears that he has the brother, who can help his family in
constructing the house, which is stated to have been collapsed.
Accordingly, the application is rejected.
