Learned
AGP appears on advance copy and submits that interim relief granted
by Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.153 of 2010 is likely
to be modified as the State Government proposes to file an
application for early hearing of the appeal itself or modification of
the interim relief. It was on that basis requested that hearing of
this petition may be postponed till 8th March 2010.
Hence, S.O. to 9th March 2010, with liberty to the
petitioner to move present petition for interim relief in case of
necessity.
