In
this matter, Civil Application No.10351 of 2008 was filed to bring
the heirs and legal representative of the petitioner on record. The
said application was allowed by this Court on 03.12.2008. The office
has not carried out necessary amendment in the cause-title of the
petition till this date. Therefore, the office is directed to carry
out the necessary amendment as per the order dated 03.12.2008 passed
by this Court in aforesaid Civil Application. The matter is adjourned
to 6th April, 2010.
