ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA)

1. The
petitioner has voiced the grievance that his representation dated
22.3.2009 has not been decided by the respondent inspite of earlier
order of Division Bench of this Court in Special Civil Application
No.4363 of 2009 dated 30th October 2009 and the time limit
of 15th December 2009 having been prescribed in that
order. The original grievance of the petitioner appears to be that
his land was acquired under the Land Acquisition Act but the area of
acquisition was not in consonance with the map referred to by the
petitioner.

2. There
is no substance in the petition or grievance of the petitioner
insofar as admittedly the petitioner has not taken any further steps
even after one year of the date prescribed by earlier order and
admittedly the petitioner has accepted the compensation for the lands
which were acquired. Therefore, the petition is summarily dismissed.
