RULE.
Mr.T.K.Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader, waives service
of Rule on behalf of the respondents.
Under
the order dated 08.05.2008, the applicant was required to deposit
certain sum. The applicant could not deposit the same within the
time limit prescribed under the order, hence this Civil Application
is filed seeking indulgence that the applicant be permitted to
deposit that amount and the Registry be directed to accept that
amount so that the applicant college can get the allotment of the
students.
The
application is allowed. The applicant is directed to deposit the
amount on or before 20.06.2008. Office is directed to accept the
amount along with undertaking filed by the concerned applicant. Rule
is made absolute. No costs.
