This order shall dispose of 16 cases i.e. RFA Nos. 3994

to 4007, 1312, 1313 of 2003 and Cross Objection No.99-CI of 2004

in RFA No.4005 of 2003

Mr.H.S. Hooda, Advocate General, Haryana assisted by

Ms.Mamta Singla Talwar, AAG, Haryana, has very fairly conceded

that the present appeals are covered by decision of this Court in

RFA No.4008 of 2003 titled as “State of Haryana and others vs.

Nitya Nand and another” on 22.8.2008.

In view of the aforesaid statement, all the above appeals

and cross objection mentioned above are hereby disposed of in

terms of the order passed in RFA No.4008 of 2003 titled as “State

of Haryana and others vs. Nitya Nand and another” on 22.8.2008.
