seeking condonation of delay in filing the revision application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the delay

involved in the present case is less than a week.

For the reasons disclosed in the application and the

submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed. Delay

in filing the revision application is hereby condoned.
