04. 18.08.2011 By order dated 05.08.2011 the petitioner’s father

was directed to be one of the bailors but since the

petitioner’s father is dead his brother may be substituted

as one of the bailors.

The order is modified to the aforesaid extent.

Let this order be communicated to the Additional

Sessions Judge-IX, Patna through FAX at the cost of the

petitioner in connection with S.Tr. No. 88 of 2009 arising

out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 172/2008.
