THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN
MR. SPEAKER: Hon. Members, may I make an announcement?
On my own behalf and on behalf of the hon. Members of the House, I have great pleasure in welcoming His Excellency Dr. Gholamali Haddad Adel, Speaker of the Majlis of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Members of the Iranian Parliamentary Delegation who are on a visit to India as our honoured guests.
They arrived in India last night. They are now seated in the Special Box. We wish them a happy and fruitful stay in our country. Through them we convey our greetings and best wishes to the Vali-e-Faqih, the President, the Majlis, the Government and the friendly people of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
