The grievance of the petitioner is that the Truck bearing registration No.
U.P.64 C-1545 is being illegally detained by the Officials of the Mining
Department. The submission is that there is no detention order nor any
complaint has been lodged against the petitioner so far.
Learned standing counsel is required to obtain instructions by day after
tomorrow i.e. 6.1.2010.
