application for restoration is filed for restoration of Letters
Patent Appeal which was preferred against the award. It has been
brought to our notice that another Letters Patent Appeal No.1637 of
2005 was preferred against the same very award which has already been
dismissed. In this background, while we restore the Letters Patent
Appeal, direct the registry to register it and treat the same as
dismissed in light of the judgment rendered in Letters Patent Appeal
No.1637 of 2005.

The
Misc. Civil Application accordingly stands disposed of.
