Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and Sri Arun
Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.

In this case, counter and rejoinder affidavits have been filed.

From the perusal of the record it appears that a direction may be issued to
respondent nos. 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner Yashowardhan, aged about 2
and 1/2 years, before this Court, therefore, it is directed that all the parties
concerned including respondent no.1 and 2, father and mother of Anupam
Vashishtha, shall appear before this Court on 25.1.2010.
