Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No.160 of 2009,
Man Vahadur Vs. Yashvant Singh and others, under Section 379, 506, IPC
against Santosh Singh and Valwant Singh shall remain stayed, however, the
proceedings of the above mentioned case against Yashvant Singh will
continue.
