and learned Counsel for the State.

The petitioner has prayed for bail. A

report has been called for and from the report

of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan, dated

29.05.2010 it appears that the case is pending

for argument and the case is likely to be

concluded.

Considering the facts and circumstances

of the case and report, I am not inclined to

grant bail to the above named petitioner.

Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
